About Insight Early Learning Port Coogee
Located in Port Coogee, next to the Village Shopping Centre, Insight Early Learning offers a curriculum that promotes active living and healthy lifestyles. Just metres from the marina and beach, our centre features a two-level layout with engaging indoor and outdoor education spaces. Our new ‘OCEAN’ themed playground includes a look-out tower, a ‘beach’, climbing area, and a boat for imaginative play.
Alongside our STEM curriculum, we offer cooking, music, art, and cultural programs. A highlight is our BEACH KINDER excursions, where children explore the marina, boosting their confidence, social skills, and environmental respect while connecting with the local community.
For older children, we run a Vacation Care program during school holidays, featuring activities like a ‘Round-the-World’ trip with diverse cultural experiences. Our centre’s design supports these programs without affecting the care of our younger learners. We also host a weekly mums and bubs group and have a parents’ area for families to connect, enjoy refreshments, and attend guest talks.

We have a total of 6 classrooms, each tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of different age groups:
Joeys and Bilbys
These classrooms are designed for infants aged 0 to 2 years, providing a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.
Koalas
These rooms cater to children aged 1 to 2 years, offering a space for toddlers to explore, learn, and grow.
Possums
These classrooms are tailored for children aged 2 to 3 years, providing an environment that encourages social interaction and development.
Wallabys
Specifically designed for children aged 3 to 4 years, this room fosters the development of essential skills and social connections.
Kangaroos
Our Eagles classroom is dedicated to children aged 4 to 5 years, helping them prepare for their transition to school with an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum.

Amazing Centre, amazing staff. Children are looked after by people who have a sense of warmth which shows in my children. My 2 year old has never cried at drop off which I think shows a lot about the workers and the great relationship she has with them. My 8 month old also loves it. And loves the food.

Do you offer a holiday discount?
Yes, we offer a 20% holiday discount on your regular fees for up to four weeks per calendar year. The discount must be taken in blocks of at least one week.
Do you offer part-time or casual bookings?
Yes, we offer casual bookings that families can manage via the Xplor Home app, as well as permanent bookings with a minimum of one day per week.
Do you provide nappies, wipes, and formula?
Yes, we provide nappies, wipes, and formula. Parents are welcome to supply their own if they prefer specific brands.
Will I get updates about my child’s day?
Absolutely. Daily updates are available through the Xplor Home app, including meals, sleep times, nappy changes, and learning experiences.
Do you run special events?
We host two annual Open Days featuring family activities, food, and giveaways, as well as Twilight Tours and an end-of-year celebration with graduation and Christmas festivities.
What happens if my child is absent?
Fees apply if your child is absent due to sickness or public holidays. Under the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) scheme, each child receives 42 allowable absences per financial year. Families must notify the centre if their child is absent.
Do you provide meals?
Yes. Our services provide nutritious, freshly prepared meals each day, including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.
We cater for allergies, intolerances, and cultural requirements.
How do I enrol my child?
You can submit an enquiry or enrolment request directly through our website. Our team will be in touch to arrange a tour, discuss your child’s needs, and support you through the enrolment process.

During my spare time I enjoy exploring Perth and Western Australia, seeing and enjoying all of the beautiful beaches with my cheeky little French bulldog named Frank.
