Our newest centre in Southlakes, Dubbo - Insight Early Learning Stream Ave (*Subject to Service Approval from the Regulatory Authority), is looking for the next generation of Early Childhood Educators.

We're looking for individuals passionate about children's learning in various roles, including Cooks, Cert III, Diploma Qualified Educators, Trainees, and more!

You must show a connection with and willingness to advocate for children and Insight Early Learning philosophies, policies, guidelines, core values, vision, values and codes of practice.

Be a great Team Player, show initiative and confidence and be ready to PLAY as we operate on a play based curriculum.

Working in early childhood is based wholly on TEAMWORK, which is partnering with families, your work colleagues and the leadership team to produce the best results for children.
