Insight Balance combines physical education, movement, mindfulness and emotional wellbeing.

Developed in partnership with children’s physical education specialist Chloe Beer from ActiveEd Consultancy, the program supports children to build strong bodies, confident minds and the resilience they need for school and life.

Body awareness, strength and coordination through movement exploration, tummy time and sensory experiences.

Toddlers

Climbing, balancing, jumping, coordination and body confidence. Supported to explore safely and challenge themselves.

Kindergarten & Preschool

Fundamental movement skills, teamwork, resilience and problem-solving to prepare children for the physical, social and emotional demands of school.

Supporting Emotional Wellbeing Through Mindfulness

A unique feature of Insight Balance is the integration of mindfulness and emotional wellbeing. Through breathing exercises, mindful movement and relaxation techniques, children develop focus, resilience and positive wellbeing habits.
