About Insight Early Learning Dubbo Azure Ave, Southlakes

Conveniently located in the heart of Southlakes Housing Estate, Insight Early Learning Southlakes, Dubbo is a purpose-built Centre creating a community of learners where play is at the heart of the curriculum. The light-filled Centre has been designed to stimulate children’s natural curiosity and sense of exploration.

We are thrilled to announce that we are now part of the Dubbo community – a rapidly growing community rich in culture, history and nature. The Centre’s Nature Program focuses on creating environments that will provoke learning and provide opportunities for children to learn and grow through play.

We are now enrolling children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old and are taking bookings via Waitlist.

Our Classrooms

We have a total of 5 classrooms, each tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of different age groups:

Rectangle 4azure

Lorikeets

These classrooms are designed for infants aged 0 to 15 months, providing a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Cockatoos

These rooms cater to children aged 15 months to 2 years, offering a space for toddlers to explore, learn, and grow.

Emus

These classrooms are tailored for children aged 2 to 4 years, providing an environment that encourages social interaction and development.

Kookaburras

Specifically designed for children aged 3 to 4 years, this room fosters the development of essential skills and social connections.

Eagles

Our Eagles classroom is dedicated to children aged 4 to 5 years, helping them prepare for their transition to school with an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum.

Yes, we offer a 20% holiday discount on your regular fees for up to four weeks per calendar year. The discount must be taken in blocks of at least one week.

Yes, we offer casual bookings that families can manage via the Xplor Home app, as well as permanent bookings with a minimum of one day per week.

We provide nappies and wipes for all children. Parents supply their own formula or breastmilk to ensure your child continues with the brand and feeding routine they’re most familiar with.

Absolutely. Daily updates are available through the Xplor Home app, including meals, sleep times, nappy changes, and learning experiences.

We host two annual Open Days featuring family activities, food, and giveaways, as well as Twilight Tours and an end-of-year celebration with graduation and Christmas festivities.

Fees apply if your child is absent due to sickness or public holidays. Under the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) scheme, each child receives 42 allowable absences per financial year. Families must notify the centre if their child is absent.

Yes. Our services provide nutritious, freshly prepared meals each day, including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.

We cater for allergies, intolerances, and cultural requirements.

Yes. All Insight Early Learning services are approved for CCS, which reduces the out-of-pocket fees for eligible families.

    Throughout my career, I have developed the knowledge, skills, and leadership experience to provide high-quality education and care while supporting children, families, and educators to thrive.
     
    At the heart of my philosophy are relationships. I believe that strong, genuine connections with children, families, and educators create the secure foundation where trust, collaboration, and meaningful learning flourish. My goal is to foster a centre culture where every child feels safe, valued, included, and empowered to reach their full potential.
     
    As a mother of four, I understand the trust families place in educators every day. I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment that feels like a second home, where families feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their child’s learning journey. I value open communication and believe that working in partnership with families is essential to achieving the best outcomes for children.
     
    I am committed to lifelong learning and have undertaken extensive professional development in neuroscience, Circle of Security, brain development, Conscious Discipline, and leadership and management. These experiences continue to shape my approach to supporting children, mentoring educators, and leading with empathy and purpose.
     
    As a proud Wiradjuri woman living and working on Wiradjuri Country, I am deeply committed to creating culturally safe and inclusive environments where every child and family experiences a strong sense of belonging. I strive to embed celebration of diverse cultures, identities, and experiences of all members of our community.
     
    I believe that exceptional early childhood education begins with inspired leadership, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to providing every child with the very best start in life.
