Our Community

Our Insight Early Learning Educators receive essential training through a combination of expert facilitators, the Circle of Security curriculum, and reflective questioning, based on the Circle of Security graphic and intervention model. This training supports each of our childcare centres and our educator’s awareness of children’s needs and how to respond to and meet those needs in a way that builds a secure relationship.

Educators who undertake the Circle of Security Training have the knowledge and skills to look beyond the child’s immediate behaviour to meet their genuine relationship needs.

Circle of Security training, combined with KidsMatter, helps to build secure attachments meeting children’s emotional needs supporting with warmth and emotional intelligence.

Our Insight Educators are Bigger, Stronger, Wiser, and Kind. This program is at the core of our philosophy in all of our child care centres across Australia.

Community partnerships

Insight Early Learning services connect our children to the wider community via partnerships that support inclusion and access.

Firstly, we partner with families to support children’s access to our programs. Their expertise is welcomed in all areas of the services – their direct wisdom of their children, contributing to policy and procedure and their expectations of the program.

We respect that, as citizens of the world children have a right to connect and engage with the wider community building their capacities of belonging and knowing.

Partnerships with local organisations close to the service support  connection and a vibrant excursion program ensure children experience arts, culture, physical activity.
