Our Philosophy

The Insight Early Learning philosophy is anchored by 4 principles, embodied by W.I.S.E.

Wisdom, Wonder, Willingness, Warmth

Our Insight Early Learning teams embrace the importance of community and we ensure that our curriculum connects with the wisdom offered by our children's families.

We believe children are capable and competent learners within our enriched learning environment. The Insight Early Learning curriculum utilises the power of play to help children to grow, discover, engage, and create.  Partnerships are nurtured and respected to promote a sense of belonging and well-being within the service.

Insight, Innovation, Inspiration, Imagination, Inquiry

Insight Early Learning’s mission is to be at the forefront of innovation in early childhood education, preparing your child for a lifetime of growth and learning. We believe in developing our educators with continuous professional training, so that they can bring the best of global learning philosophies to your child every day.

Our holistic approach to education begins from the ground up as we design state-of-the-art centres that bring to life beautiful spaces which weave together inspiration with nature and exploration.  We promote the power of play through our inspired education programs and in our outdoor environments.  Our inviting playgrounds encourage physical development and are designed to stimulate the senses.  We design our internal learning spaces to be interesting learning environments, supporting children’s arts and literacy development.

Sustainability, selflessness, sensitivity

Our educators support our children to take an active role in caring for our environment and contributing to a sustainable future.

We respect our environment and embed a culture of environmental awareness through our active excursion program and sustainable practices embedded throughout our services.

Equality, Empathy, Empowerment, Excellence, Encouragement

Equity is at the heart of our programs. Our Insight Early Learning Services foster inclusive relationships and create communities that are just and equitable.

We embrace all cultures and support dignity in equal access for all children and families.  People are at the heart of our philosophy.  Our experienced, empathetic educators nurture and empower children to thrive and prosper.  Our teams are trained in Circle of Security and we implement KidsMatter into our programs to support resilience and emotional security in children and infants.
